About The Role
As an Oracle HCM Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, secure, and timely migration of HR data from legacy systems into Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure data integrity and readiness across all phases of the implementation lifecycle, enabling a successful transformation for our clients.
This role plays a critical part in large-scale HR transformation programs by ensuring data quality, compliance, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM data migration activities, from strategy and design through execution and validation
Define data migration approach, scope, timelines, and dependencies across Oracle HCM modules
Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation processes
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align data requirements with business needs
Oversee mock conversions and support final data loads for go-live readiness
Identify and resolve data quality issues, risks, and dependencies proactively
Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
Support post-go-live data stabilization and defect resolution activities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud data migration for large or complex implementations
Strong understanding of HR data domains such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM data migration tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts
Experience managing data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Exposure to data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations in HR systems
Experience supporting multi-country or global HCM implementations
Prior involvement in post-go-live support or stabilization phases
