Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of testing facilities, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. Implement continuous improvement strategies and operational best practices. Manage resource planning, asset management, and maintenance programs. Ensure adherence to all local and international safety, operational, and regulatory standards. Maintain effective risk management processes for high-value infrastructure and testing. Prepare operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary operations and engineering team, fostering a safety-first culture. Collaborate with various teams to support organizational initiatives and strategic projects. Assist in building relationships with government agencies, research institutions, and industry partners. Support the business development team by providing operational input for new services and collaborative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transport, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in railway operations, integrated train testing, or related infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated experience in operations or facility management, risk, and compliance. Proven ability to lead technical or operational teams effectively. Strong operational leadership skills focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams. High level of integrity and professionalism in managing operations.
