Responsibilities
Own and drive on-ground marketing operations for stores, focusing on overall store performance and growth.
Plan and execute customer acquisition activities such as sampling and leaflet distribution for store openings and daily operations.
Collaborate with shopping malls to secure advertising placements and exposure resources, and manage negotiation, execution, and ongoing maintenance.
Identify underperforming stores and develop targeted improvement strategies, ensuring execution, tracking, and optimization.
Develop and operate B2B scenarios such as corporate catering and afternoon tea programs to build sustainable revenue channels.
Leverage and convert mall staff and surrounding traffic into store customers to improve organic footfall and conversion.
Requirements
Experience in F&B or retail, with a strong understanding of store operations; frontline or regional experience is preferred.
Strong commercial sense with the ability to design and execute growth strategies independently.
Proven ability in resource integration and business negotiation.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization capabilities.
Highly execution-oriented and willing to work closely with frontline operations.
