What The Role Is
The Transformation Office aims to build an agile, capable, data-driven and youth-centric NYC, powered by passionate and purposeful people. We work across teams, functions, and disciplines to strategise, design, testbed, drive and support digital transformation in NYC.
As Senior Manager/ Manager (Transformation Office), you will lead the development and management of NYC's customer relationship management system (CRMS) and support the management of digital platforms to enhance youth engagement across Singapore.
What You Will Be Working On
As the lead custodian of NYC's CRMS, you will oversee its operations and development, ensuring high-quality youth data consolidation and accessibility across business units. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of the CRMS
- Working with vendors on system maintenance and enhancements
- Implementing data standardisation processes
- Managing data transformation and system integrations
- Developing/ maintaining analytics dashboards
- Supporting implementation and maintenance of digital platforms (e.g. Postman, FormSG)
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and support data-driven decision-making for youth programmes.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated, analytically-minded individual with strong technical and project management skills to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in database management and system operations (minimum 5 years for Senior Manager position)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis
- Experience with system integrations and data mapping
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in cross-functional teams
- Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, VBA is a bonus
