Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales, marketing and commercialisation of luxury residential, integrated developments and branded residences, ensuring alignment with the Company's business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage the day-to-day sales, marketing and operational functions of the projects, including sales operations, agency management, purchaser administration, purchaser customisation, customer engagement, sales documentation, post-sales coordination and reporting.
  • Develop and execute marketing, branding, advertising, digital marketing, customer engagement, VIP events and strategic partnership initiatives in collaboration with appointed agencies, consultants and hospitality brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, HNW/UHNW clients, marketing agencies, solicitors, private bankers and luxury partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, consultants and relevant authorities on matters relating to Sales & Purchase Agreements, side letters, purchaser customisation, Controller of Housing requirements, conveyancing and related sales documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's governance framework and regulatory requirements, including Controller of Housing requirements, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), sanctions screening, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, product studies and sales analytics to support commercial strategy, product positioning and management decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance, purchaser profiles, collections, progress payments, market intelligence and prepare management reports and commercial analysis.
  • Manage the Company's CRM database, project websites, digital platforms, customer enquiries, lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate closely with Project, Design, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Property Management teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables and business objectives.
  • Represent the Company professionally during customer meetings, presentations, private viewings, networking sessions, sales engagements and events involving HNW/UHNW purchasers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Undertake such other sales, marketing and commercial responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–10 years relevant experience in residential property sales and marketing with a property developer or established real estate agency.
  • Prior or current experience with a property developer is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess a sound understanding of the residential development sales process, Controller of Housing requirements, purchaser administration, conveyancing procedures and familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements.
  • CEA licence preferred, with a sound understanding of the Singapore residential property market, including residential sale and purchase transactions, property taxation and relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in residential sales, agency management, purchaser administration and customer relationship management.
  • Possess executive presence with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders will be an advantage.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
  • Experience in luxury residential developments, integrated developments or branded residences will be an advantage.
