Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales & Marketing Senior Manager/Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across Asia, with a key focus on corporate MICE, travel agency, and OTA segments. This role entails identifying and developing strategic opportunities in Southeast Asian markets, fostering strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of initiatives across resort and regional teams. The position also requires leveraging market intelligence and performance data to refine strategies, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen the resort's market positioning within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement aggressive, data-driven sales & marketing plans targeting Asia, corporate MICE segments, travel agencies, and OTAs
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue KPIs
    Build and manage strategic relationships with inbound travel agents, consortiums and corporate buyers

Secondary Southeast Asia Market Development

  • Identify and capture high-value opportunities in priority SEA markets through existing partners
  • Support SEA market teams with tactical sales & marketing initiatives when required

Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Work seamlessly with resort marketing teams to align strategy, share intelligence, and execute joint client engagements
  • Provide market feedback to Attractions, Hotel & MICE Sales Teams to refine product offerings (attractions, hotels& MICE facilities)

Market Intelligence & Performance

  • Analyze travel trends, competitor activity, and policy changes to proactively adapt strategies
  • Track KPIs (eg. Revenue, market share, account penetration)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related discipline. Master in Business Administration is advantageous
  • Min. 7 years in sales within hospitality, tourism, or integrated resort

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with SEA markets & OTAs/ TAs/ Resellers in the travel industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Highly driven self-starter with a hunger to exceed targets
  • Resilient operator comfortable navigating fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Culturally agile with strong cross-border collaboration instincts
  • Willing to travel when necessary
