About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead process and quality control initiatives within a semiconductor fabrication environment. This role is responsible for driving yield improvement, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for yield improvement and defect reduction across fabrication processes

• Design and maintain advanced process control systems such as SPC, FDC, and APC

• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for process issues

• Serve as the key quality interface for stakeholders, including handling audits and quality improvement plans

• Oversee metrology and inspection systems to ensure measurement accuracy and data reliability

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define and stabilize manufacturing process windows

• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, predict failures, and enhance process control

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a data-driven culture

• Ensure balance between process stability, efficiency, and operational performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/fab environment

• Prior leadership or team management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of process control and quality methodologies (e.g. SPC, DOE, FMEA, Lean/Six Sigma)

• Experience in yield improvement, defect analysis, and process optimisation

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication and presentation abilities
