Role Overview
- He/ She will support the development, commercialization, and delivery of strategic
sponsorships across Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), driving visitation, brand engagement, and revenue.
- This role focuses on leveraging upcoming programming, IPs, and RWS-owned platforms
to create integrated brand collaborations that drive targeted audience engagement and
support revenue generation.
Sponsorship Development
- Support the identification, development, and acquisition of strategic partners and sponsors, supporting RWS's commercial and engagement objectives
- Assist in originating and packaging integrated sponsorship opportunities across RWS's upcoming events, programming, venues, and owned platforms, including branding, content, and experiential assets
- Contribute to the development of proposals, pitch decks, and sponsorship/ partnership concepts that balance brand storytelling, audience engagement, and commercial value
Partner & Sponsor Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners and sponsors, ensuring delivery of contracted rights, brand visibility, and activation outcomes.
- Work with partners and sponsors to co-create campaigns, activations, and narratives that align their objectives with RWS experiences and IP offerings.
Activation & Execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Event Business Development Entertainment, Retail, F&B, and Operations to deliver integrated events and partner-led activations
- Project manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, and sponsorship activations across digital, on-site, and partner channels, ensuring alignment with resort wide campaigns and key trading periods.
Commercial & Performance Tracking
- Support the tracking and reporting of partnership and sponsorship performance, including key metrics such as direct revenue, attendance, engagement and brand exposure
- Ensure fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables, including branding placements, on-site activations, and media exposure across RWS platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fields
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sponsorships, events, brand marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, media, or large-scale event environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage external partners and multiple stakeholders, with a track record of delivering activations, events, or campaigns end-to-end
- Good understanding of joint marketing models, including co-branded campaigns, sponsorship activations, and partner-driven initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmet
- Comfortable with performance tracking and reporting, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, brand exposure, and incremental revenue or spend
