What The Role Is
You will coordinate, monitor, and support healthcare related operations and incident response across MOH divisions, public healthcare institutions and relevant agencies. This will include receiving, processing and classifying reported incidents (including non-disease related) and escalate the incidents to the appropriate decision-making bodies.
Support the development of response plans or revise circulars and operational instructions in line with prevailing conditions, and Whole-of-Government (WOG) operational preparedness plans.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working On
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Incident Reporting
- Support the development of ops plans and responses in
line with WOG crisis preparedness plans
- Operations Manning and Exercises
- Secretariat Support
- Management of Ad-Hoc Projects or Tasking

Other Requirements: - Possess at least 2 years of operational and planning experience, with public health training will be advantageous
- Good writing and effective communication skills
- Responsive and adaptive to dynamic working environment
- Ability to multi-task with a good sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, e.g. MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
