Reporting to the Regional CFO MESAAT, you will be an active business partner to PSA Middle East South Asia Africa &Turkey (MESAAT) business units by providing facts-based analysis and advice towards supporting and driving business decisions, direction and participation in strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand market trends, research, and assess existing businesses and possible new opportunities to develop and grow the business
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate performance of business units (including preparation of management reports for forecast, variance analysis and budget) to identify areas of improvements, value-creation, growth and returns enhancement opportunities
- Derive relevant insights and formulate business strategy towards value growth and creation for business units
- Conduct due diligence for investment projects, build and review financial models for the analysis of investment projects and business valuation, feasibility studies for strategic planning, capital budgeting decision and allocation of corporate resources
- Improve internal controls, risk management and uphold governance processes for continual improvement
- Prepare business and investment proposals for presentations to Senior Management
- Drive finance transformation projects within the business units
- Laison/work with cross-functional resources from the various business units in various MESAAT countries and regional teams on performance analysis
Requirements
- Possess a good degree in Finance/Accountancy or Business
- Have at least [10] years of relevant work experience
- Team player with proactive personality and initiative
- High energy, enthusiastic team player, confident, mature with high sense of direction
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Motivated self-starter, good articulation, enjoy challenges
- Good business acumen and international business mindset
