Job Summary
We are a growing preschool operator focused on delivering quality early childhood education through strong people, safe environments, and meaningful learning experiences. As we expand, we are looking for a Finance leader who is hands-on, commercially minded, and able to partner the business to scale sustainably.
This role goes beyond reporting - it requires someone who understands operations, anticipates issues, and drives improvements across centres while maintaining financial discipline and governance.
What You Will Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across centres
- Analyse enrolment trends, centre profitability, and cost drivers
- Partner operations to improve performance and optimise costs
- Support post-merger integration and new centre openings
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and compliance
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of finance experience, strong in FP&A
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA
- Commercially sharp, with ability to translate numbers into actions
- Experience in integration and standardisation of financial processes
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
