What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will support employee engagement and organisational development (OD) initiatives that strengthen MOH's culture, cohesion, and employee experience. This includes staff recognition and appreciation, staff welfare, organisation-wide engagement platforms, and targeted OD and change interventions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strengthen employee recognition and staff engagement. Support the administration, review and delivery of staff recognition platforms; coordinate staff appreciation initiatives; and embed recognition and appreciation into MOH's engagement platforms, leadership practices, and everyday ways of working.
- Diagnose needs and deliver OD interventions. Support the design, facilitation, and implementation of team launches and other change interventions; and build leaders and teams capability to sustain desired behaviours and ways of working through periods of change; where necessary, work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to coordinate follow-through and monitor organisational dynamics so that culture and change outcomes are sustained.
- Strengthen organisational and cultural alignment. Design and deliver culture-building, staff engagement and appreciation initiatives aligned with MOH's vision and values. Support organisation-wide platforms and events that foster cohesion, pride and shared purpose, and develop communications and stories that celebrate staff contributions and connect their work to MOH's mission.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building healthy, engaged, and effective organisations, and who can translate organisational priorities into practical interventions. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields such as Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology or related disciplines. Relevant professional certifications in facilitation and/or partnership and engagement would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in organisational development, change management, employee engagement, transformation, facilitation, communications, or related fields.
- Experience in designing and delivering engagement, culture-building, OD, or change management interventions.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, leadership conversations, team interventions, or other stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to engage leaders across levels and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative interpersonal skills, creative thinking in programme design, and strong attention to detail and time management.
