Senior Manager / Manager, Asset Management, Data Centres

A leading global fund manager and operator is seeking an experienced asset manager to join its platform, with a focus on opportunities across the data centre sector.

Responsibilities

This newly created position reports to the Head of Asset Management and will focus on driving asset performance and value creation across the portfolio. You will work closely with leasing, property management and country teams to optimise operating performance, manage capital expenditure and implement asset enhancement initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing development projects, asset valuations, hold-sell analyses, lease management strategies and portfolio budgeting and forecasting. The role will also involve monitoring financial performance, preparing investor and management reports, and coordinating cross-border initiatives relating to compliance, ESG and operational risk.

Requirements

You possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management. Strong financial analysis, commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in data centres, fund management or greenfield development projects would be advantageous, alongside familiarity with data analytics tools.
