We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Learning Express (LeX) programme †a 12-day overseas social innovation initiative. This role is pivotal in shaping meaningful student experiences, building international partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in programme delivery.

[What you will be working on]

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Learning Express programme.

• Manage end-to-end resource support, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of facilitators.

• Build and sustain partnerships with overseas institutions, vendors, and funding providers.

• Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for direct reportees.

• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting for LeX programmes.

• Drive programme evaluation, reporting, and implementation of improvement strategies.

[What we are looking for]

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in programme management, leadership, international partnerships, or education.

• Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management software.

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse environments.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
