Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Manager, Learning and Engagement who is responsible for leading Learning & Engagement excellence for Paradox Singapore, strengthening capability development, training governance, and employee engagement frameworks to ensure effective programme delivery, compliance adherence, strong employee experience, and alignment to organisational culture and sustainability priorities.
The role also drives Global Learning & Engagement strategy and consistency across PHG/Corporate operations, providing oversight and partnership to overseas teams to ensure aligned learning standards, leadership development, engagement frameworks, compliance training, and data-driven insights that support a high-performing and connected workforce across markets.
