Senior Manager / Lead, Investor Relations (Alternative Investments)

Summary

A well-established global alternative investment and capital advisory firm is seeking an Investor Relations professional for its Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to execute fundraising strategies and place international private market funds, spanning private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets—into the Singapore market.
• Manage the complete capital raising lifecycle, from initial market mapping and investor outreach to fund pitching, roadshow execution, and pipeline management.
• Facilitate the investor onboarding process, assisting institutional allocators through due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), operational reviews, and subscription execution.
• Deepen relationships across the regional ecosystem, managing networks within sovereign wealth channels, private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), and family offices.
• Ensure all placement and marketing activities strictly adhere to local regulatory guidelines, private placement rules, and internal standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fund placement, investor relations, institutional distribution, or capital formation, with direct experience managing pipelines and securing capital.
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore investor landscape, including an understanding of allocation processes across private wealth or institutional channels.
• Solid understanding of alternative investment strategies, with the ability to articulate complex portfolio constructions and track records to sophisticated allocators.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and self-motivated with strong relationship-building and presentation capabilities.
• Flawless written and spoken English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
