Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform land surveying/ measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment
- Analyze data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications
- Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and drawings.
- Provide survey reports and liaise with local authorities.
- Maintain and store accurate notes, records and drawing files.
- Control and planning daily fieldwork and operation.
- Able to tender and understand commercial project.
- Carry out project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively
- Able to perform analysis and guide land surveyors to analyze and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project within schedule and budget
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Civil Engineer/ Geo-Spatial Information Technology/ Land Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in the construction industry
- Familiar with survey scanner, drone imaging survey and data processing
- Good communication and writing skills, self -motivated and able to lead the team of land surveyors
- Able to coordinate well with clients, authorities, consultants and sub-contractors
