A large enterprise environment is seeking aSenior / Manager-level IT Business Analystwith strongSAP Financeexperience to support enterprise finance systems, transformation initiatives, and ongoing BAU operations. This role partners closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, drive user-centric design, and optimise end-to-end finance processes.
This is ahands-on rolesuited for experienced BAs who are comfortable operating acrossbusiness analysis, solution support, and stakeholder managementin a complex, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs intofunctional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Applydesign thinking and user-centric approachesto solution design and process improvement
- Analyse current-state finance processes and design optimised future-state workflows
- Support solution design by working closely with SAP functional, technical, and integration teams
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolvingSAP Finance-related issues
- SupportBAU operations and change requests, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs
- Prepare and maintain documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides
- Support testing activities, includingtest planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Experience:
- 8-10+ yearsof experience as anIT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- Strong experience supportingSAP Financein an enterprise environment
- Hands-on exposure toSAP Finance configuration, business processes, and cross-module integrations
- Experience working acrossAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across Finance and IT
