A large enterprise IT environment is seeking aSenior / Manager-level IT Business Analystto supportfinance and ERP platforms, transformation initiatives, and BAU operations. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions, apply user-centric design principles, and drive continuous process improvement.
This position suits ahands-on senior BAwho can operate acrossstrategy, delivery, and operational supportin a structured enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Finance and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business needs
- Translate business requirements intofunctional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Applydesign thinking and user-centric approachesto solution design
- Identify opportunities forprocess improvement, automation, and digital enablement
- Facilitate requirement workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Analyse current-state processes and design optimised future-state workflows
- Work closely with architects and development teams to support solution design and delivery
- SupportBAU operations, including incidents, enhancements, and change requests
- Coordinate with application support / AMS teams to ensure delivery aligned with SLAs
- Support testing activities, includingtest planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Experience:
- 8-10+ yearsof experience as anIT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- Strong experience supportingfinance systems and ERP platforms
- Exposure toERP solutionssuch as SAP, Oracle / PeopleSoft, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems
- Experience working inlarge, complex IT environments
- Familiarity withAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and vendor teams
