A leading renewable energy platform is seeking a Senior Manager, Investments & Strategic Transactions to support the evaluation and execution of investments across APAC.
This role focuses on financial modelling, M&A execution, and investment decision-making, with exposure to both greenfield development and acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transaction workstreams and supporting capital deployment across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, own, and review asset- and platform-level financial models
- Conduct valuation, scenario analysis, and investment assessments. and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Support and lead M&A opportunities across APAC, and manage due diligence processes (financial, tax, commercial)
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, credit) to support deal structuring and commercial negotiations
- Lead preparation of investment papers and IC materials, and drive IC approval processes and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor approved investments, including Capex and budgets
- Track market and regulatory developments across APAC
- Collaborate with regional teams across multiple markets
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in infrastructure investing, renewables, or transaction advisory
- Strong experience in financial modelling and M&A execution
- Exposure to renewable energy projects (C&I or utility-scale preferred)
- Experience in due diligence and transaction processes
