You will be a part of the Cluster Management and Partnerships (CMP) team, and will drive the identification, development, and management of region-specific partnerships across both community and workplace settings, addressing the unique social and demographic needs of the resident and working population within their assigned region.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member oftheteam,you'llhave to be comfortable to put on many hats.

Youwillwork closely with the RHS Clusterandanalyse regional health trends and demographics to cultivate targeted partnerships with grassroots organisations, community groups, and key workplace stakeholders including SMEs, industrial estates, and business associations specific to the region's economic profile.

Youwill coordinate tailored health promotion initiatives byleveragingthese regional partnerships, ensuring programmes are culturallyappropriateand accessible to diverse community groups while also meeting the needs of the working population.

Youwill also support broader national-level partnerships with organisations such as People's Association (PA),and workplace partners likeSingapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), adapting these collaborations to suit regional contexts and workplace settings.

Youwill work closely with internal stakeholders such as Programme Division, and the Integrated Outreach department (East) to ensure ground activation of health promotion initiatives effectively utilises the established partner network and addresses both community and workplace health needs within the region.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual withat least5years of workingexperiencein business developmentorresearch/ analytics.Experience inproject or account managementwill be anaddedadvantage.Thecandidate should alsopossess:

  • A relevantdegree from a recognised university

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in approaching challenges

  • Abilityto translate data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strong collaborative and partnership building skills confident to work withpartnersand to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to workcohesively in fast-paced teams and navigatestressful,ambiguous situations in a positive manner.

  • Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong result-orientationand enjoys challenges.

  • Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)
