Role Purpose

Role

The role drives outreach, engagement and partnerships that expand the reach, adoption and impact of Korn Ferry Academy's programmes and solutions. This includes forging relationships with enterprises, industry associations, government agencies and ecosystem partners to:

  • Build a strong sales and partnership pipeline,
  • Enable enterprise capability-building and workforce transformation, and
  • Amplify Korn Ferry Academy's visibility and impact in the ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

Industry Outreach & Business Development

  • Drive targeted prospecting and engagement for all KFA programmes and solutions
  • Conduct consultative needs analysis with clients to recommend learning and workforce transformation solutions
  • Build and manage pipeline, from prospecting to closing

Partnership Development

  • Develop and manage partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, business chambers, and government agencies
  • Co-create industry pilots, learning pathways, and collaborative events with partners
  • Manage partnership activation and post-engagement follow-through

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

  • Develop and execute campaign calendars for outreach, events, programme promotion and content
  • Coordinate internal contributors (curriculum, operations, design support, global brand resources) and external vendors/partners (design, digital, events)
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets: eDMs, decks, brochures, webpage copy, LinkedIn content
  • Track ROI of campaigns (lead generation, conversion, brand reach)

Programme / Project Deployment

  • Work with internal teams to scoping of projects and sponsored initiatives
  • Support proposal development, contracting and operational handover
  • Monitor delivery milestones, KPIs and impact outcomes

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • 6 - 12 years in business development, partnerships, account management, or GTM / ecosystem engagement
  • Experience working with HR, training & development, workforce transformation or consulting preferred
  • Experience coordinating marketing activities or campaign planning is a strong advantage, even without formal marketing title
  • Strong relationship-builder, persuasive communicator, credible with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic yet hands-on, able to both conceptualise and execute
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts across marketing, partnerships and operations
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive; thrives in building-mode environments
