Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement

What you will do

• Regional & Global Category Leadership: Strategically lead and manage procurement of local Indirect Materials across South-East Asia, while supporting Global Categories

• Category & Country Strategy Execution: Define, implement, and execute procurement category and country strategies, managing regional and global spend, sourcing initiatives, and projects in close collaboration with Global Category Managers

• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Act as a trusted strategic partner to local and global stakeholders across departments, driving early procurement involvement at the discovery phase to maximize commercial and operational outcomes

• Performance, Reporting & Savings Delivery: Monitor, report, and communicate category performance, savings, and KPIs to procurement leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring the regional and category contribution to global savings and value-creation targets is achieved

• Functional Team Leadership & Capability Building: Provide functional leadership for team, including talent development, succession planning, and mid- to long-term capability roadmaps aligned with procurement leadership and local country management (where applicable)

• Value Creation & Target Delivery: Cascade global procurement objectives and deliver annual financial and non-financial targets through strategic sourcing, demand management, supplier relationship management, and supplier development initiatives across the region.

What you bring

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar

• More than 8 years of experience in indirect procurement roles, including at least 3 years in leadership, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex stakeholder environments

• Possess a broad, end-to-end strategic procurement skill set, with deep knowledge of indirect procurement processes, category strategy development, and implementation across South-East Asia

• Strong technical and commercial understanding of indirect materials, including IT software and applications, with the ability to identify and leverage key cost drivers

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate financial performance, savings, and underlying business drivers to various stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership

• Demonstrated capability in designing and embedding procurement programs and processes that integrate cost-savings strategies into the broader business context, including Southeast Asia region.
