ImpactSG is the gateway to giving for individuals new to philanthropy or newcomers to Singapore&aposs giving ecosystem. We nurture a community of engaged Pledgers, forge partnerships with charities and corporates, and implement impactful programs for specific groups of beneficiaries. Our approach includes encouraging Pledgers to contribute not only financially but also through volunteering, sharing expertise, and leveraging professional networks.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager at ImpactSG, located in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Strategic Partnerships and Special Projects initiatives. This individual will be a critical thinker with a strong sense of initiative, responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing key strategic partnerships that align with our company&aposs objectives. This role will be reporting to the Deputy Executive Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, conducting due diligence and building strong relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage existing partnership relationships, fostering growth and maximizing value.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of company events, including conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Manage various projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, programme, community) to ensure event success and integration with broader company initiatives.
  • Analyze partnership and event performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of initiating, developing, and managing successful strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (i.e. project management skills).
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in G-suite.
