Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager at ImpactSG, located in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Strategic Partnerships and Special Projects initiatives. This individual will be a critical thinker with a strong sense of initiative, responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing key strategic partnerships that align with our company&aposs objectives. This role will be reporting to the Deputy Executive Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, conducting due diligence and building strong relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage existing partnership relationships, fostering growth and maximizing value.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of company events, including conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Manage various projects in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, programme, community) to ensure event success and integration with broader company initiatives.
- Analyze partnership and event performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of initiating, developing, and managing successful strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (i.e. project management skills).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in G-suite.
