- Plan and execute promotions, packages, and marketing strategies

- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching

4. Customer Experience

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years above of experience in salon / beauty industry
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented
- Good communication skills (English & Chinese preferred)
