- Oversee the HRIS roadmap, including system enhancements, upgrades, change requests and implementation of new initiatives.
- Manage HRIS vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets and service level performance.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project delivery and drive process improvements and automation.
- Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, user support, system training and adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in HR systems or HRIS implementation, with team management experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system implementation, enhancements or ongoing support.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes and systems.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
