Senior Manager, HRIS | APAC Remit | Workday
The Frazer Jones team is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally renowned organization to appoint a Senior Manager, HRIS. This is a critical role, based in Singapore, that will be part of the Global HRIS team, to proudly represent and be the voice for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be at the driver's seat to ensure that global strategies and platforms are effectively executed while capturing regional nuances and compliance needs to inform global decision-making. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, covering multiple markets across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
As the expert on Workday and the go-to guru for HRIS matters, you will serve as the key liaison between the global team and stakeholders across APAC, ensuring alignment, transparency, and seamless execution of the global HR tech strategy. You will play an integral role in supporting the global Workday HCM platform, contributing to governance discussions, roadmap planning, and f be involved in validating new features, updates, or patches that Workday delivers during its regular release cycles. You will also manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholder relationships, to overall foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, ensuring consistent service delivery across markets.

In addition, you will oversee time, attendance, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Your remit also includes managing region-specific HR technology platforms such as recruiting, benefits, and payroll, maintaining integration and data consistency within the global ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to lead projects end to end, from planning through deployment, demonstrating depth of understanding of regional requirements and regulatory nuances. In addition, you will leverage on analytics to drive process optimization. This role will also play a part in championing the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning.

Ideal Profile
The successful candidate will have ideally at least 10 years of experience in HRIS. Experience with Workday is required. Throughout your career, you should demonstrate strong project management skills, vendor management experience, and have the proven track record to operate within a global, matrixed organization. A genuine passion to keep learning about technological advancements and the drive for continuous improvement would be essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
