Job Description

Join a dynamic HR team as a strategic partner, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. Leverage your extensive experience to shape and support meaningful HR programs that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads to assess manpower needs and develop proactive resourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding of new personnel. Work alongside various stakeholders to facilitate the deployment of the Administration and Ancillary team. Partner with leads to implement HR, Learning & Development, and leadership programs tailored for the Administration and Ancillary team. Manage the comprehensive suite of HR operations and services for the team. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legislation pertinent to the Administration and Ancillary team. Mentor and supervise junior executives to ensure effective execution of HR plans and programs. Stay updated on HR-related policies and recommend adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations and adaptation to healthcare changes. Collaborate with key stakeholders on pivotal HR projects and initiatives. Undertake any additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, particularly in talent acquisition. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments adept at problem-solving with composure under pressure. Strong attention to detail, with proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent analytical, communication, written, and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams with minimal supervision. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships at all organizational levels. Proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and accountability for outcomes. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and developing team members. Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn new software and relevant applications.
