Senior Manager - HR Transformation Projects (Renewable Contract)
We are looking for a highly capable HR Transformation & Strategic Projects Lead to spearhead initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and governance across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
As part of a forward-looking HR team, you will lead critical projects that improve efficiency, align policy with business needs, and build a scalable, future-ready HR operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Align HR policies with operational needs and reduce compliance risks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success.
- Ensure strong HR data governance and use project insights to support continuous improvement.
- Coach and support HR colleagues in adopting new tools, systems, and ways of working.
What You Bring
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 8 years of experience in HR transformation, operations, or project management.
- Demonstrated success in HR process redesign, policy development, and systems implementation.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
- Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- A forward-thinking mindset that constantly seeks ways to create value through technology and process innovation.
