Senior Manager, HR

Brief Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior Manager of Human Resources to enhance HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and efficiency, ensuring optimal workforce effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with management to formulate hiring strategies that align with business objectives and promote employer branding initiatives. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR service delivery and governance during onboarding, performance evaluations, transfers, and exits. Manage payroll operations, ensuring precise and timely salary processing while complying with statutory obligations and auditing standards. Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review processes. Serve as an adviser on employee relations, handling disciplinary matters and fostering a positive workplace culture. Ensure adherence to employment regulations and manage audits, documentation, and compliance with internal HR policies. Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that support business goals, while utilizing HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity. Extensive knowledge of HR operations covering payroll and incentive structures. In-depth understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulatory frameworks. Experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries is an advantage.
