Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading investment management firm to appoint a Senior Manager, HR Operations to join its regional Human Resources team based in Singapore. This is a key leadership role within a growing organisation, responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class employee experience across the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will oversee HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the seamless delivery of core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, payroll oversight, benefits administration, HR compliance, HR systems governance, employee data management, and vendor management. The role will serve as a key partner to HR leadership, business stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant HR operations.

Working closely with regional and global HR teams, this individual will lead HR operational initiatives, process optimisation efforts, HR technology enhancements, governance and risk management activities, and the implementation of best practices across the function. The role will also be responsible for developing operational controls, driving service delivery excellence, supporting audits and regulatory requirements, and providing HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR operations leader with a strong track record of managing regional HR processes within a financial services, investment management, asset management, private equity, or similarly regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, project management, and HR systems experience will be essential for success in this role.
