HR Operations Manager /Senior HR Executive / Rewards Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Operations Manager / Senior HR Executive / Rewards Manager based in Singapore River. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, formulating, implementing, and overseeing HR policies, and supporting employee relations efforts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, optimizing HR processes, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment. While the role requires physical presence in the office, a certain degree of remote work is also acceptable.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Operations, and HR Management
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining effective HR Policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and standards
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar will be an advantage
