Senior Manager, HR Employee Communications & Engagement.

Our client is a leading social enterprise with a large and diverse workforce across Singapore. As part of its continued focus on strengthening employee experience and organisational culture, the organisation is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to shape its internal communications strategy and drive meaningful employee engagement across the business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will lead the organisation-wide internal communications and employee engagement agenda, partnering senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear and compelling communications that connect employees with the organisation's purpose, values and strategic priorities.

You will develop engaging content across multiple channels, lead organisation-wide town halls and employee events, and drive initiatives across culture, wellbeing and employee engagement. In addition, you will oversee employee listening and pulse surveys, translating insights into targeted interventions, while supporting change and sensitive communications during key organisational developments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Corporate Communications, ideally within a large and complex organisation. Prior experience supporting change management, transformation or organisational communications will be highly advantageous.

You should be an engaging storyteller and confident stakeholder partner, with strong writing, content development and project management capabilities. The successful candidate is creative, highly organised and comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels, with the judgement and composure to manage both strategic communications and sensitive employee matters.
