About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Data Management, HR Payment (non-payroll), and Claims Administration functions within the Group Shared Services Division. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with deep HR operational expertise, proven stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Data Management, HR payment (non-payroll), and Claims Administration functions.
- Ensure SLA deliverables are achieved and workplans are successfully implemented.
- Act as Data Steward for HR systems and serve as Product Owner for P-file digitalisation, including vendor and server management.
- Oversee coordination and implementation of digital transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
- Drive process improvement, streamline operations, and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders on service-related matters.
- Promote shared services values of Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 12 years of relevant HR experience, including 5 years or more in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office, SharePoint, RPA, and Power Automate preferred.
- Experienced in project management, with ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven people management skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams.
