Key Responsibilities
People Leadership Excellence:
Build and Grow the Team: Drive assertive hiring and onboarding to establish a strong technical organization in Singapore. Create diverse pipelines and equitable processes aligned with Micron's Talent Acquisition playbook.
Develop Talent: Implement structured onboarding, coaching rhythms, and skill-based development plans. Identify strengths and gaps, provide career guidance, and enable continuous learning.
Foster Engagement & Culture: Model Micron values and inclusive leadership. Create an environment where team members feel empowered, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Performance Management: Set clear goals, define success metrics, and hold the team accountable. Conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition, and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership Influence: Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Verification, Quality, System Engineering) and align team execution with HBM program milestones.
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Establish operating mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs for validation coverage, cycle time, and detection efficiency.
Ensure readiness for current and future HBM products through proactive planning and risk management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across validation processes.
Technical Oversight:
Provide direction on validation priorities, resource allocation, and readiness for MBIST and Native Mode execution.
Collaborate with global teams on material screening, debug strategies, and platform enablement to ensure execution readiness.
Stay informed on emerging technologies (HBM4E, high-speed I/O, advanced test platforms) and guide the team toward future capability development.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's in Microelectronics (or related).
10+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND product and validation engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles managing teams across global sites.
At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
Proven ability to lead people, set strategy, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with validation methodologies and platforms (MBIST, Native Mode) preferred ability to guide technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building new teams or organizations in a global, multi-site environment.
Demonstrated success in talent development and succession planning.
Exposure to operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
