Role Overview
We are looking to add asenior Growth & Partnerships operatorto work closely with leadership on driving qualified traffic, partnerships, and monetisation outcomes.
This is acommercial, execution-oriented rolefor someone who is comfortable owning numbers, making calls, and stepping in where required to ensure performance holds. You will operate close to decision-making and work across teams to translate growth priorities into measurable results.
The role is suited for someone who cancombine execution with orchestration executing directly where it matters most, while leveraging specialists and partners at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Ownership
- Own growth and monetisation outcomes across key channels, with a focus on traffic quality, conversion performance, and unit economics.
- Diagnose performance issues across the full funnel (click lead appointment sale) and take corrective action.
- Execute directly on priority growth initiatives where speed, judgment, or accountability is required
- Work with internal specialists, agencies, and partners to scale, optimise, or pause channels based on performance.
- Support channel mix decisions, budget allocation, and prioritisation with a clear commercial rationale.
Partnerships & Affiliate Management
- Source, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and commercial partners.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms, payouts, volumes, and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor partner performance, traffic quality, and compliance on an ongoing basis.
- Scale high-performing partners and decisively address underperformance.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with senior management, sales, and operations to align growth priorities and execution.
- Set clear KPIs, reporting cadence, and accountability across growth and partnership initiatives.
- Bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to a growing function.
Experience & Profile
- 8+ years of experience across growth, partnerships, performance marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Proven track record ofowning and delivering growth or revenue outcomes.
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation capability.
- Clear understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and unit economics.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Experience executing growth initiatives directly, and working with paid media specialists, agencies, affiliates, or partner teams.
- Pragmatic, execution-focused, and comfortable operating close to leadership.
