Senior Manager, Group PMO | Semiconductor Solutions Group | High-Growth | Singapore

Our client, a semiconductor solutions group, is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Group PMO to join its senior leadership agenda at an important stage of regional growth and transformation. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this is a high-visibility leadership opportunity spanning enterprise PMO, strategic transformation and M&A integration.

This is a high-impact, enterprise-wide mandate for a strategic operator who can translate ambition into execution, bringing structure, pace and accountability to the Group's most critical initiatives.

The successful executive will lead the Group PMO, oversee strategic programmes and provide senior leadership with the governance, insight and discipline required to deliver complex priorities.

The mandate also encompasses M&A due diligence, post-merger integration and transformation.

We are particularly interested in individuals from strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or enterprise PMO environments, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver across complex, cross-functional organisations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PMO strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.
• Establish project governance, standards, processes and best practices across the organisation.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope and budgets.
• Drive resource planning, risk management and issue resolution across key programmes.
• Provide senior management with clear project performance updates, insights and recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate M&A due diligence, develop and execute post-merger integration plans, including timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen programmes within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline; MBA or PMP certification
• 10+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or enterprise PMO.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes and senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to M&A, due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, with knowledge of Kaizen programmes, will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to travel as required for integration activities.
