Job Description

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: Global People Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead the company's compensation, benefits and reward programmes across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on regional/global role with ownership across core C&B activities, job architecture, benchmarking, RSU administration and reward governance. The role will also help standardise programmes and processes as the organisation continues to scale internationally.

The position will manage a small team covering HRIS and RSU administration and work closely with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders across different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage annual compensation cycles including salary review, increments, bonus planning and related analysis.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market data to support hiring, retention and internal pay decisions.
  • Review and improve compensation structures across different markets.
  • Support the standardisation of employee benefits, including medical insurance and other core benefit programmes.
  • Ensure reward practices remain practical, competitive and aligned with business needs.

Job Architecture

  • Build and maintain a consistent global job architecture, including job levels, titles and role structures.
  • Review existing titles and levels and help bring greater consistency across functions and countries.
  • Support HR and business leaders on role levelling and internal equity.

RSU & Equity Programmes

  • Own the administration and ongoing improvement of the company's RSU programme.
  • Coordinate annual grants, vesting schedules and employee communications.
  • Work with external platform providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely administration.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve governance, controls and employee experience.
  • Support the development of future executive reward and equity programmes where required.

Reward Governance

  • Establish clear controls and approval processes for compensation and equity-related activities.
  • Support reward governance required for a listed-company environment.
  • Prepare analysis, materials and documentation for senior management and future Remuneration Committee discussions.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal and HR to ensure reward programmes are properly documented and administered.

HR Systems & Team Management

  • Manage team members responsible for HRIS and RSU administration.
  • Oversee HRIS-related reward data and processes, currently supported through Zoho People.
  • Improve data quality, reporting and process consistency across markets.
  • Support future HR platform or process changes where required.

Candidate Profile

  • Around 10–15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a closely related HR discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience in compensation review, salary benchmarking, bonus planning and benefits.
  • Practical experience with job architecture, job levelling and title structures.
  • Direct experience administering RSU, equity or long-term incentive programmes is essential.
  • Experience working in a regional or global organisation with multiple countries.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS and reward-related data.
  • Experience in a listed company or environment with stronger governance requirements would be useful.
  • Able to work across HR, Finance, Legal and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve existing processes rather than only operate established programmes.
  • Comfortable working in a growing organisation where some structures and processes still need to be built or standardised.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

What Success Looks Like

The successful person will bring stronger structure and consistency to the company's global reward practices, improve job and pay governance, strengthen RSU administration, and build a more scalable Total Rewards framework as the organisation continues to grow internationally.
