Senior Manager, Global Strategy Accounts (Antom)

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the expansion of 2C2P by Antom's payment acquiring and orchestration solutions across Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping Antom's presence among top international merchants headquartered in Southeast Asia, unlocking new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth across key verticals. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering partnerships, navigating regulatory landscapes, and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expand payment acquiring and payment orchestration collaboration with the top international merchants to new business areas and new markets in Asia, find new opportunities for our payment, marketing and financial solutions
• Define and achieve the business plan for development of Antom for South East Asia headquartered merchants across key verticals
• Raise industrial awareness and increase the impact of Antom solutions
• Garner support from the senior management of the leading key account merchants to unlock partnerships
• Take measures to address regulatory concerns and ensure business operations adhere to the ever-changing requirements of the regulators
• Translate local insights and trends to lead multifunction teams and drive synergies for key Antom product solutions to improve the user experience, growing the local business performance on global strategic platforms

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above with at least 7 years of relevant experiences
• Strong abilities to work, communicate and connect with leaders in the industry to grow strategic accounts
• Independent and self-driven, with continuous breakthroughs and innovative ideas
• Good knowledge of payments industry, with deep understanding of online payments and merchant acquiring
• Ability to see an overall strategic picture and break it down into actionable items
• Ability to inspire the team to work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals
