Senior Manager (Global Operations Communications)

Responsibilities:

• Refine and execute the Global Operations communications strategy across regions and teams.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to amplify key initiatives.
• Create and deliver clear, audience-focused messaging through multiple channels (newsletters, town halls, internal platforms).
• Support communications during organizational changes or incidents with transparency and empathy.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels to enhance engagement and consistency.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive, internal, or external communications within global technology companies
• Proven track record managing communication and change management programs
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
• High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment
• Experience in data center / energy / technology industries is a plus
