Senior Manager, Global Key Account Management

PURPOSE

. Further strengthen the relationship of our Korean Key accounts management as a local contact at senior level.

. Retain and grow the portfolio of accounts, nurture these key relationships over time and deliver strategic value to ONE.

. Leading the account planning process through collaboration with internal ONE teams, ensuring that key account needs and expectations are clearly defined and met.

JOB DESCRIPTION

. Lead the team in maximizing total Contribution Margin (CM) through yield management activities, portfolio optimization, and budget planning.

. Oversee the expansion and diversification of the Singapore sales pipeline to capture new local and regional market share, ensuring the qualified sales pipeline conversion rate

. Lead customer contract negotiations (including tenders) and ensure all agreed rates and contractual terms are filed accurately within OPUS.

. Develop and execute growth strategies for Korean Key Accounts conduct regular Service Performance Reviews (QBR/MPR) and record insights in ONEFORCE.

. Any other projects / tasks assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines is preferred.

. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in container shipping.

. High proficiency in Korean (Spoken & Written) is a must to handle Korean customers.

. Background knowledge of the Korean accounts based in area of coverage.

. Eloquent communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.

. Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.

. High level of passion to drive excellence.

. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify market opportunities.

. Highly motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient.

. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint applications) and CRM tools.
