Job Description

About the Role

Our client is a leading multinational organisation within the healthcare and life sciences sector, with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific. They are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager, Group FP&A to play a pivotal role in driving group-level financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with the Group CFO and senior leadership, offering strong exposure to board-level reporting and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted business partner to senior leadership, this role provides deep analytical support on key business drivers, scenario planning, investment and ROI analysis, and monthly performance reviews, leveraging advanced analytics and dashboards. The Senior Manager, Group FP&A will lead group-wide financial planning, forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes, delivering high-quality management and board-level reporting with clear insights into performance drivers, OPEX and below-operating profit items. The role partners closely with corporate functions and country finance teams to ensure consistent financial governance, accurate submissions and timely analysis. It also drives value creation through process optimisation, automation and the implementation of financial systems and tools, while contributing to high-impact group and business unit initiatives.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate is a high-calibre finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent and at least 14 years of post-qualification experience in complex, multi-entity organisations. They possess strong Group or regional FP&A experience across financial planning, management reporting and senior stakeholder business partnering, with proven capability in financial modelling, forecasting and performance analysis. Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and FP&A / analytics tools (e.g. SAP, BPC, Power BI) is essential, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. The role requires strong analytical judgement, the ability to distil complexity into clear executive-level insights, and the maturity to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; leadership exposure, experience with AI-enabled finance tools and a continuous improvement mindset are advantageous.
