About the Job

Responsible for delivering financial insights and support to drive effective planning and advance the business unit's strategic objectives across the APAC and China region. Identify opportunities for business improvement and provide timely, accurate financial analysis to support performance reviews and decision-making. The role involves hands-on forecasting to ensure projects, divisional milestones, and goals are achieved while staying within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial reports and coordinate with business units across the region
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with timely and accurate delivery
• Perform variance analysis and support management with presentations and key insights
• Lead APAC annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Maintain cost centers, profit centers, and product allocation structures
• Support development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with Evident Japan and Global Finance on finance-related matters
• Serve as the regional FP&A contact between HQ and APAC/China
• Provide financial analysis to business units and enhance financial understanding
• Monitor performance indicators and identify trends or variances
• Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
• Prepare business review presentations for senior management
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen APAC & China's financial performanc

Key Skills/Core Competencies

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis and preparation of financial reports and statements
• Strong understanding of data validation and data accuracy processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with accounting software and SAP is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and related tools
