We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead and strengthen our enterprise finance systems landscape. This role will be instrumental in driving system enhancements, automation, integration and transformation initiatives across Finance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the governance and support of ERP General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting and Reporting systems
• Manage ERP GL, Oracle EPM and enterprise finance applications, ensuring system stability and performance
• Oversee integration between Core Banking, General Ledger and other enterprise platforms
• Drive finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, testing and change management
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements and data governance standards
• Partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders on strategic projects and system enhancements
• Manage vendors and support teams to ensure effective service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial or accounting systems
• Good understanding of banking / financial institution operations
• Hands-on knowledge and experience supporting General Ledger systems and Core Banking-to-GL integration
• Experience with ERP financial systems and/or Oracle EPM would be an advantage
• Experience planning and managing Enterprise Financial Systems projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
