Senior Manager, Finance & Operations

Strategic Finance Leadership:

. Provide strategic financial guidance to business leaders, linking financial performance, operational drivers and business trends to support growth, profitability and informed decision-making.

. Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial analysis processes, ensuring clear visibility of business performance, risks, opportunities and required management actions.

. Develop concise, insight-led reporting and executive commentary that distills complex financial and operational data into clear commercial implications.

Commercial & Business Partnering:

. Act as a trusted Finance & Operations partner to business and finance leaders, providing commercially grounded challenge and recommendations to support strategic priorities.

. Support business planning, investment evaluation and strategic initiatives through robust financial modelling, scenario analysis and practical commercial insight.

. Work with country, regional and service line stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, resource planning and financial accountability.

Operational Excellence & Transformation:

. Drive operational process improvements across the Finance & Operations function, simplifying ways of working and improving consistency, control and scalability across the region.

. Connect financial, operational and business processes to improve end-to-end data flow, reduce duplication and strengthen the quality, timeliness and usefulness of management information.

. Leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve reporting efficiency, enhance analytical capability, reduce manual effort and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

People Leadership:

. Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members, building capability, confidence and accountability within the team.

. Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement across the Finance & Operations function.

. Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.

. Champion collaboration and knowledge‑sharing across markets.
