About the Role
The Senior Manager, Finance Manager, Group Healthcare Provision will support in areas of ERP implementation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls. You will also play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial integrity across the Group entities.
Key Responsibilities
To be involved in post-deal financial integration, which includes (but not limited to) implementing ERP for Finance and Procurement module.
Develop dashboards to accurately track financial performance across Group entities.
Support and guide the Group entities in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and transparency.
Conduct financial risk assessments and support business continuity planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
8 -10 years of experience in Finance, preferably with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to swiftly adapt to changes.
