Senior/Manager, Finance & Controlling

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior / Manager, Finance & Controlling to partner closely with business leaders and support the CFO in driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze management reports, variances, and performance dashboards
• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing actionable financial insights
• Act as a finance business partner to senior management on pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, or management reporting
• At least 3 years experience as a people manager
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical capabilities
• Independent, mature, and able to perform under pressure with high integrity
