Senior Manager, Finance (Business Partnering)

Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support organizational decision-making.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including detailed variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reports, board papers, and other external reporting.
• Prepare cash flow projections, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets for assigned areas.
• Challenge operational plans by assessing underlying drivers and assumptions in quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Review accounting treatment for investment and divestment transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Assist in the annual review and amendments of the Financial Authorisation Limits.
• Evaluate existing procedures and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Support the consolidation of forecasts and budgets and supervise segment consolidation in preparation for financial and management reports, aligning with accounting policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA.
• 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience, ideally starting with a Big 4 audit firm and transitioning to commercial roles.
• Exhibits a positive attitude, effective teamwork, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Capable of independent work
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and compliance requirements for listed companies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP S4 and OneStream is advantageous.
