The Manager/Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Programmes leads a portfolio of enterprise-level people initiatives that shape and strengthen the overall employee experience across the organisation. Spanning employee insights, scorecard reporting and HR programmes, the role delivers meaningful insights and impactful programmes that strengthen organisational culture and build a healthy, inclusive and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey (EES) cycle, including design, data management, deployment, analysis, reporting and follow-up action planning.
- Translate employee listening data into actionable insights to close gaps and improve the employee experience.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support leaders in interpreting and acting on results.
2. Enterprise People Programmes
- Spearhead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, including roadmap development, sub-committee coordination, partnerships and awareness/enablement activities.
- Support leadership, development and other people programmes in line with organisational priorities.
3. HR Risk & Governance
- Steer the annual HR risk and materiality reviews, engaging stakeholders to identify key people risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
- Lead the people-related sustainability commitments and reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise sustainability frameworks.
4. People Insights & Scorecard
- Own the people scorecard, consolidating key people metrics and trends to support management reporting.
- Provide support to drive execution of key people initiatives to support achievement of key targets.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Familiarity with employee listening tools, engagement platforms or people analytics dashboards is required.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide or group-level HR initiatives in a complex organisation is strongly preferred.
