Senior Manager, Facilities Management (FM)

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for the project management for major and minor renovations, capital replacement projects as well as assisting the managing of department's operations. You will ensure that quality work standards are delivered by the facilities outsourced vendor and service providers. You will also be involved in the planning and running of strategic projects at the same time ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operations to the buildings, plant, equipment and infrastructural assets in the Hospital.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 years experience and demonstrated competency
• Accreditation in Green Mark e.g. GMAP, GMAAP, etc. and Water Efficiency Manager will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of related systems, Singapore Standards and Regulations for mechanical and electrical, building, communications, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, methods, techniques, facilities and equipment.
• Experience in building sustainability initiatives and implementing policies to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon footprint, etc.
